If your ACV International boiler is in band G or lower then it is likely that you can apply for the government’s scrappage scheme and receive £400 towards the cost of replacing your inefficient boiler with a new energy efficient model. If eligible and you choose to replace your old ACV International boiler through one of the scrappage schemes offered by npower or British Gas then you will usually be able to claim BOTH discounts together, giving you around £800 off the cost of your new central heating boiler – as well as the peace of mind that your gas installation has been carried out to the highest standards by a certified and trusted professional.
